First your statement that I don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see increased violent crime and increased net immigration. First of all, that’s not even a true association. Just cos kids eat more ice creams in summer and drown in pools more in summers, you can’t say ice creams cause pool drowning.
Secondly, violent crime is not sky rocketing stare at the graphs in here long and hard. Violent crime is not going to crazy levels, the news just loves to exaggerate violence because it helps fuel a 24x7 news cycle.

Sweden and Malmo are no different. Crime in Sweden seems to be much higher than the rest of the world simply because of how they report crimes. They report each instance of a crime as a crime whereas most other places don’t do that. Here’s the Swedish police themselves talking about that.
