Old Business :
1. Sabbath School Council decided to have our Annual SS outing at Frank Lisk Park Concord North Carolina June 25, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 2 PM (5 .5 hrs). After checking price at Freedom Park.
2. Discuss obtaining more hours at park if available and to find out extra cost.
3. Menu for Church Sabbath School Outing:
Big franks, grillers , potato chips, coleslaw, watermelon, water, hamburger and hotdog buns, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, condiments, cakes, plates and cups, utensils, bake beans and ice.
4. Discussed ways to enhance our children classroom.
5. Try to come up with ways to encourage parents to come to Sabbath School and bring their children.
6. Vacation Bible School June 19-23, 2017 from 6-8pm , not addressed leader unavailable .
New Business :
1. Call Frank Lisk park in Concord for more available hours for Sabbath school outing (B. Lucas).
2. Chech with Amy Jackson for any items from last year outing (B. Lucas).
