• Kundennähe
Hochschulabsolventen oder Praktikanten Kandidaten zu interviewen ist in Bezug auf die Kompetenz getan ist neben ihnen.
Darüber hinaus revidierte die Höhe der Fremdsprache, Bildungsgrad und der damit verbundenen Kommunikation und Anpassungsfähigkeit er mit Noten erzielte auch das Interview.
Geeignete Kandidaten werden an die Geschäftsleitung präsentiert.
