a tiefling paladin knight named cynthia, aged 22, who was an orphan and born in a kingdom and left in the wilderness. She saw the king doing public displays and immediately looked up to him, seeing him as the father she never had. She became loyal to him, which shaped her in the future, as she then became a very loyal and trusting person who cared immensly about her friends. However, she is fiercly protective of these people she loves and tends to treat people as if they're perfect gods, even to a fault. She became wonderful friends with the king and queen, but especially the king, as she wrose the ranks she became his personal assistant.The king took a liking to her loyalty and courage in battle, and trained her, and they eventually became incredibly close friends. The king, Meritorious, lived in the kingdom draigheen,and was a kind and virtous soul. One day however, they were double crossed by a kingdom they trusted. Surprised by the advance, the kingdom's walls were swamped by soldiers and most of the kingdom ransaked quick as could be. The only one's left were a small group of soldiers protecting the kings quarters, the queen, the king, and cynthia. the invaders took the queen and executed her in front of the king and cynthia, then tortured cynthia in front of the king, and dropped her out of a window. Luckily the invaders misjudged, and she barely survived. She was unconcious for many hours afterwards, and awoke to an empty castle, filled with the corpses of those she loved and faught to protect. she sobbed for a while, but eventually managed to pull herself together and drag her broken body to the next village. she's tall and dark haired, with wavy frizzy hair and muscular lower and upper body. she has a round, slightly angular face, and light blue eyes. She often walks with a slight limp, after being dropped from that window, and carries a long large straight sword. she has brown freckles that pepper her face, and often wears a determined, protective expression.
