Bahan:
1. Air mineral 500 mL
2. Kayu tanaman sorrel (segenggam, utuh)
3. Sage Brush (segenggam, utuh)
4. Sari segar aloevera 10 tetes
5. Bubuk lengkuas 5 gram
Cara:
1. Siapkan bahan-bahan
2. Ambil dan letakkan kuali (pewter) di atas kompor
3. Tuangkan air mineral ke dalam kuali
4. Didihkan air tersebut selama 3 menit
5. Tambahkan kayu sorrel dan sage brush kedalamnya
6. Pastikan kedua bahan itu terendam, lalu rebus selama 10 menit
7. Turunkan suhu kompor dan tambahkan aloevera
8. Tambahkan bubuk lengkuas 5 gram ke dalamnya.
9. Aduk hingga warnanya kecoklatan (aduk dengan kuat, selama 5 menit, berlawanan arah jarum jam)
10. Matikan kompor (kalau tidak ilver hangus .y)
11. Tunggu hingga ramuan itu dingin
12. Setelah dingin, masukkan ramuan itu ke phial
