Or the Chain Dog Collar from the Attack Dog from the little shack just north of Sanctuary, up against the cliff. It replaces the Bandana if you put it on him.
Wait, where's the dog armor come from?
Also: trade him a teddy bear too. Enjoy the awesomeness.
