Tragically, swallowed up by complete darkness, Asherah was unaware of where she stood. A tug in her chest pained her with an extreme loss of hope. The belief seemed smaller then Asherah expected, the way our minds immediately blames the Almighty for our own doom.
She blinked, trying to dispel a sudden mist from her eyes. Through the blur of unshed tears, Asherah felt a sudden relief in her mind as if gentle hands covered her eyes in an attempt to blind her from the corruption going on in her mind.
It Yahweh’s will, Yahweh’s way, and Yahweh’s time. He was the sand beneath her feet, leading her somewhere into a place that she felt she didn’t belong. However, as she begun to accept her fate Asherah turned when a whisper crept up an old womans throat.
"Little girl," She trailed quietly.
