All the changes look great! The only two little things I found on the front-end are:
1 - On Our Facility - please remove the link from the Header Image 'Virtual Tours'
2 - On Our Facility, the style for 'Themed Dog Overnight Suites' text does not match existing site
I will now check the back-end and let you know if I find any issues there......

I have completed the backend review. Most everything is significantly improved except for the changes listed below [these are in addition to the front-end changes above]:

Grooming - when I add a new item into the list of services, there is no way to easily get the header to be the same blue as the other items in the list - any suggestions?
Meet the Staff - I'm afraid the TablePress implementation doesn't meet the explicit requirement of the content being editable by an end-user with no HTML knowledge. There needs to be a way for her to upload new staff photos and bios without having to use HTML code as in the current implementation. I'm sure there's a better plugin for end-users for this purpose.
Pet Sitting - There are two Testimonials shown on this page, one should not be there. Please format the Wags for Dawg Tired by Keith & Mag Harris properly in place of the one currently shown by Bonnie & Kyle. This testimonial doesn't have a photo currently so just use a stock image or silhouette placeholder image for now until I can get one from the client.
Also on Pet Sitting, if the client decided to delete In-Home Pet Sitting or Daily Dog Walking or Pet Sit, how will that be easily accomplished?
Contact us - form e-mail says '[your-subject]' instead of putting an actual subject from the form
What is the Subscribers tab in the WP Admin panel? If it's not used for anything, please delete it.
Sidebars - again the use of TablePress in the Text Widgets is very clunky from an end-user backend perspective and is not acceptable based on the requirements of the project because it still requires some HTML knowledge. Can this be implemented another way so that the content of the tables can simply be entered as plain text into the text widgets themselves? Or at the very least, separate the styling from the content? Also the sidebar name for 'Wedding Nanny' is misspelled as 'Wedding Nany' in the Widgets area and 'Wedding Granny' in TablePress. Please correct for consistency.

I think that's it for now. Please let me know when all of these changes can be completed. Also, in the meantime, I will be entering blog posts into the demo site so be aware of that and make sure everything gets included when the site is made live in the root folder.

Also, how do I get to the main blog page? The featured items on the Home page go only to their respective full post pages but there is no sidebar as requested that would allow the user to choose categories, etc. Also, there should be a main News page which lists all the blog posts with the sidebar. As per the original requirements:
The blog just needs a single right sidebar containing room for several widgets..... It can just be a listing of excerpts containing the title, date, excerpt and a featured photo with a Read More button to go to the full post.....

Also, now that I have begun entering actual blog posts with images, the layout of the two posts on the home page is messing up the page. Can the home page excerpts use a smaller thumbnail image? Also, please correct the spacing so that the next section of content after the blog posts looks correct.

I made an update to one of the FAQs [what are your office hours?]. The change is reflected in the FAQ tab but not on the website. Any ideas? I have cleared the browser cache several times......

Done.
Done with some other issues. Will be updating it together by tomorrow.
Also done with Blog section on home page as well as kept link for blogs in footer and Completed individual news page.
