In mare parte aceste competente au fost dobandite in afara scolii, in diversele activitati de voluntariat. Participand ca voluntar la evenimentele precum Untold Festival 2016, Orange White Night cu Andrew Rayel, Concertul trupei de rock Okean Elzy, Good Deeds Day 2016, Chisinau International Marathon 2016, SeaMile 2016, Olympic Fest 2016 am reusit sa obit niste competente unice e care nu as putea sa le obtin in scoala. Faptul ca sunt unul din fondatorii Uniunii Elevilor din Moldova a jucat un rol decisiv in imbunatatirea abilitatilor mele organizatorice, de management si HR. Voluntariatul sistematic la Consiliul National al Elevilor, Centrul Republican de Voluntariat, Sporter, m-au determinat sa devin unul din tinerii activi ai societatii.
