Just to let you know how important it is to turn up for the shifts that you have booked on Yora. We do understand that occassionally there may be a situation where you are unable to attend your shift, so please Unbook your shift as soon as possible. This will then free up the slot for another volunteer to book. When you are booked on the roster it also may cause another counsellor to not book for that time as they assume that there is coverage. Then if you didn't turn up we have no cover and hence unable to offer any support for our clients. Triage really rely on your support while you are here.
