Sometimes I wonder who really pays attention to the honor code. In my class, almost no one says it. Why don't we say the honor code together? A St. Philip the Apostle School Student is respectful towards all others, the school environment, and all living things. Is honest, displays Christian attitudes of kindness and helpfulness, and always keeps Christ as a role model for life. That wasn't so bad, was it? I know everyone can follow the honor code 110 percent, starting today right now. What I try to do for respecting everyone, the school environment, and living things is hold the door open, pick up trash, and show kindness to all animals. Wait, let's go back a bit. No one picks up trash anymore. So, I came to thinking that if I were in student council I would hear people's ideas and make sure the school environment stayed clean. How do I make the school environment stay clean? By seeing which classes made the school environment the cleanest. The classes that won would get a homework pass. Right now, for being honest I try to stay true to myself so I stay true to my friends. If I were in student council, what I'd do for that is see if we could perform a skit or do a youtube video with volunteers about the importance of honesty. For displaying Christian attitudes of kindness and helpfulness, I try to help others and volunteer. Now, for being a student council member I'd see if we could do a contest on who could write the nicest paragraph of what kindness and helpfulness means to them. Lastly, for keeping Christ as a role model for life, I pray to God and sing in choir at mass. If I were in student council, I'd see if we could start a food and toy drive. I know no one's perfect, but that doesn't mean not to do your best. You can start right now and vote for me. Remember, no one will be sad if they vote for Mad.'S.
