• Mengatur segala sistem kerja agency. Tentunya akan dibicarakan dahulu dengan admin lainnya.
• Siap menjadi back up bagian apa saja.
• Cek dm main acc.
- Assistan Manager : Mars & Hourglass
• Membantu pekerjaan Operational Manager.
• Siap menjadi back up bagian apa saja.
• Cek dm main acc.
- Accounting : RK-5
• Mengatur keuangan agency (selain gaji).
• Menghitung jumlah pemasukan Host Club & Maid Cafe (terpisah) per-dua minggu.
- Supervisor
>> Host : Thunder
• Mendata Host yang bekerja. Mencatat namanya laporkan ke Operational Manager.
• Siap menjadi back up bagian apa saja.
>> Maid : Pink
• Mendata Maid yang bekerja. Mencatat namanya laporkan ke Operational Manager.
TUGAS LAINNYA :
- Aktif di akun dan sub akun yang telah di tentukan. Minimal hanya menyapa member.
- Memeriksa keaktifan member sesuai jadwal yang sudah ditentukan.
- Berinisiatif untuk menegur member jika sudah sering kali di tegur tetapi masih sering melanggar aturan.
- Apabila ada berita baru di agensi, ingatkan member secara berkala.
※ PEMBAGIAN SUB-ACCOUNT ※
Main Account (@HostMaidClub) dipegang oleh Owner, Operational Manager, Assistant.
Sub-Account (@HostMaidCafe) dipegang oleh Supervisor & Accounting.
Sub account (@HMCPayment) dipegang oleh Accounting.
@HMCEvent - Bebas.
NB :
- HMC Payment, hanya digunakan untuk pembayaran, gaji, pemberian reward.
- Selain Owner, Operational Manager, dan Assistant. Admin lain hanya online menggunakan akun sesuai dengan jabatannya.
- Pada saat Club dan Cafe dibuka, atau pada saat Registrasi admin boleh memegang Main Account.

Selasa : Hourglass
Rabu : RK5
Kamis : Red
Jumat : Mars
Sabtu : Pink
Minggu : (bebas)
Note :
- Jadwal WAJIB online adalah 90 Menit.
- Bagi yang mendapat jadwal senin dan kamis, WAJIB memeriksa keaktifan member melalui Main Acc.
> 3 Hari tidak aktif, tegur di timeline.
> 6 Hari tidak aktif, tidak perlu di tegur.
> Memeriksa ulang tanggal jatuh tempo SH/H/LH.
※ KEAKTIFAN ADMIN ※
- WAJIB melapor apabila writer yang bersangkutan sedang dalam masa sibuk.
- Saat dalam masa SH/H/LH Admin tidak diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan tugasnya.
