Sigue estas instrucciones:
- desinstala la actualizacion de codigo KB971033
(ve a Control Panel/ sistema y Seguridad / windows update / en la esquina inferior izquierda aparece "actualizaciones instaladas" borra el "KB971033" oprimiendo el boton desinstalar)
-ejecuta cmd.exe como administrador
-fijate el estado de tu licencia con el siguiente comando: slmgr -dli
en la parte de "Estado de la licencia:" aparece algo como "notificacion" o algo parecido
-digita: slmgr -upk ( desinstala el serial actualmente instalado en el sistema y vuelve al estado de TRIAL)
-digita: slmgr -rearm ( resetea el estado de la licencia y activacion en el sistema)
Ahora Reinicia Tu Equipo (muy importante,no olvides hacerlo antes de los siguientes pasos..
-digita: slmgr -ipk FJGCP-4DFJD-GJY49-VJBQ7-HYRR2 serial OEM
aparecera llave se instalo correctamente
-digita: slmgr -xpr ( muestra la expiracion de la licencia actual del sistema o si esta activado permanentemente)
-por ultimo digita: slmgr -ato ( activa windows y el serial con los servidores de microsoft)
Reinicia tu pc y todo listo, tienes windows 7 ultimate genuino.
