1. Jurus wushu
- Basic Move
Adalah jurus dasar dan jurus yang paling sederhana, jurus ini lebih bersifat melatih kuda-kuda dan penerapan gerakan-gerakan dasar sebelum ke tahap jurus aliran.
- Changquan (long fist)
Bentuk-bentuk gerakan dari Changquan lebih mengandalkan kekuatan kaki dan lebih mengutamakan kelenturan dan kelincahan, Changquan dianggap mengandung keseimbangan yang baik dari tangan dan teknik kaki, tetapi khususnya lebih terkenal karena tendangan akrobatik mengesankan.
- Nanquan (Southern Fist)
Jurus nanquan lebih mengutamakan gerakan-gerakan tangan yang kuat dan banyak menggunakan gerakan-gerakan hewan seperti naga dan macan, berbeda dengan changquan, nanquan lebih mengutamakan power dan kuda-kuda di dalam jurusnya.
