Tell people to back up behind the line for pens
Tell taker rules of pens before, shoot within 3 seconds of whistle don't go over dot, must be facing forward for pen
If break rule and score give retake
Give pen for extra player, fail to sub within 10 seconds, lag offense inside inner box by goal against attacking team (basically defender lag switches to steal ball then pen), deliberate own goals
if take to long to decide taker then OG, own goal, if arguing too long who to take then choose self
If they have too many box warn couple times then no pen
If corner keep players reasonably far back and give 20 sec to prepare, same with free kicks
