Anglo-Saxon Rune merupakan rune jenis alfabet penulisan yang digunakan pada jaman awal Anglo-Saxon dikenal sebagai futhorc atau ditulis fuþorc, yang berasal dari pelafalan Bahasa Inggris pada 6 huruf pertama.
Di Skandinavia, Futhorc dibaca Futhark sedangkan di Britania Raya dibaca Futhork karena adanya perubahan suara. Huruf A berbunyi lewat hidung sehingga lebih dominan O dibanding A.
Futhorc perkembangan dari 24 abjad Elder Futhark. Rune futhorc digunakan pada jaman Frisia sebelum
pemukiman Anglo-Saxon di Britania. Nama lain futhorc ini adalah Anglo-Frisian Rune.
Futhorc digunakan pada abad ke 5 sesuai dengan jaman Old English dan Old Frisian. Abad ke 9, rune Anglo-Saxon digantikan dengan alfabet latin yang
dikenalkan oleh para Misionari dari Irlandia. Rune Anglo-Saxon tidak lagi digunakan pada tahun 1000 karena dilarang oleh kepemimpinan raja knut.
