Vervelend dat je een verkeerd artikel heb ontvangen.
Betreft het artikel High Speed Gold Micro HDMI Naar HDMI Kabel Adapter Verloop Stekker Converter - 5 Meter met bestelnummer 4247832100 kun je kosteloos retourneren. Dat kan vanaf de eerste werkdag na ontvangst van het betreffende artikel. Kosteloos retourneren geldt ook voor artikelen van externe verkopers als je het naar een antwoordnummer stuurt of als je het retouretiket print en op de doos plakt, met uitzondering van artikelen waarvoor een ophaalafspraak gemaakt moet worden.
Bij het retourneren van tweedehands artikelen en het retourneren vanaf een adres buiten Nederland of België zijn de verzendkosten voor het terugsturen voor je eigen rekening.
Retourneren naar bol.com doe je als volgt:
Log in op je account en zoek je bestelling
Bekijk de details van je bestelling en klik op de link ‘Retour melden of ruilen’. Mocht deze optie ontbreken, wacht dan tot de eerste werkdag na ontvangst van het betreffende artikel.
Doorloop alle stappen en ontvang je retourinstructies en retouretiket per e-mail.
Als je kiest om te retourneren via PostNL krijgt je retourzending direct een traceercode. Die staat dan ook op je retouretiket en in je account. Zo kun je je retourzending gemakkelijk volgen en gaat het afgeven voor retour nog sneller!
