(^*IMPORTANT*^) School has destroyed and demolished my life, without my religion keeping me together, I would've killed myself ages ago, the unfortunate part is I'm just another underaged "kid" who just hates and dislikes school and no other functioning human will bother listening since they are so brainwashed to the point where they think the education system is ideal.

I don’t claim to be an expert in education. I am still a student and I speak for myself and others who consider it the same way about school as I sense it. I believe that students should have a voice in the education system today because mainly they are the ones who are being educated. The control of education should be in the hands of students. They should be centered first and foremost. I’m aware that no education system is perfect, and I believe they are all the same across the world. We memorize, study for the test and forget, only to know 10 years later what an atrocious world we have been constructing.

We as humans have advanced to have become the most brainless species known to any kind in any universe. We have created a feudal system called a school and is the only unique thing that creates the future and is a place for young perky children and grown spruce teenagers to learn and get educated to know the place around them. A school gives them "education" materials that they study and gain "knowledge" from, and the point is to set an exam to test their "knowledge" at the end of an "academic" year. In this short fulminate of mine, I will give my honest unpopular view on everything incorrect about school and to whoever may read this, share this with your fellow friends and family members to see how much of zombies we earthlings truly are.

First of all, I would like to say that exams do not in any way shape or form test the knowledge and understanding of an individual pupil but instead test their memory space and capacity. You will never obtain a truly accurate representation of pupils by treating them like simple, emotionless statistics. For example, I myself am a very capable and above average intelligent person. I understand topics and information more swiftly while others take a longer time, but during exam sessions, they always seem to have a very high mark compared to me, a very high one, due to one simple reason which is no motivation to study. Think about this, you work your bottom off every day and every night (getting stressed out) trying to store facts and unnecessary information that will most likely not support you in life in your small head to answer an A4 paper that judges your entire destiny. Isn't this just sad? We as humans have evolved to answer enigmas on a piece of paper, and that paper judges our intelligence, our future, our career. The reason that schools can’t teach you the important things is that they are not adjusted to do so. Schools exist to transform you into an obedient worker. After I thought of this, it made me extremely suicidal and hopeless that humans will ever evolve to the good. A comprehensive reason why schools can’t teach you the important things is that they are not adjusted to do so. They exist to turn you into a fit, replaceable, obedient worker.

In addition, the system in schools is such that the students study for the sake of the exam and do not learn for the real world. In my opinion, there is too much testing and too much competition, and too much comparison between students. The school rewards the students who avoid mistakes by giving them a useless piece of paper to hang on the wall that has the letter 'A' on it. The whole organization is geared towards achieving better outcomes rather than getting pupils to love and adore learning. When students cheat on exams it's because our school system values grades more than the students value learning. No exam in the world can tell a person how good they are because exams miss capturing a person's talent. Furthermore, another enigma seniors go through when exams are coming up is constantly staying up awake all night reading to get excellent grades not realizing that it's bad for the learner's health and will make you unhealthy and even more miserable.

Students wake up early in the morning to go to school for many hours on end working. When they return back home they are tired and exhausted needing time to relax and unwind. Despite that, the school does not provide it to them since they have something called homework. Pupils spend ages on assignments not having any time to interact and have fun with their friends and or family members, having absolutely no social life at all. Similarly, homework can also sometimes be a lot so children stay up late causing sleep deprivation and making the brain not as capable of learning as usual for the next day. Most of the time teachers set homework that is unrelated to the work students do in class leaving the student stressed out thinking he is stupid but in truth isn't. For some reason, unlike jobs students work at home and earning no money for it whatsoever. Students work at home on a worthless terrifying assignment and don't get paid for, but disciplined severely if not done, and there is a word that the school even taught about it called slavery.

I would also like to mention the worldwide school rules like "no colorful socks" or "no make-up" which are very unintelligent and useless rules if you think about it. A school is an institution for educating students but apparently, looks and appearance play a huge role in your "education" and affects it in many ways. The honest truth about it is that it doesn't whatsoever in any way affect a pupil's "learning" so these ignorant rules should be removed and kept to the child's choice if they want to wear colourful clothes or not, let them at least have freedom in what they wear and not make them robots and aliens. In addition, British schools not only don't allow them to wear colorful clothes, but they even have specifically specialized uniforms that have the student's school logo on the top which just goes to show how insane we are as human beings.

What's more, schools are killing creativity and is destroying our fascinating, curious minds. I strongly feel that our system in schools are demolishing creativity. Students have lost their capacity of creation simply because our teaching methods don’t stimulate innovation and creativity. Creativity isn’t a test to take, a skill to learn, or a program to develop. Creativity is seeing things in new ways, breaking barriers that stood in front of you for some time.Today’s teaching techniques are taking the beauty out of learning. Diminishing creativity from our student’s mind is a serious problem with wide-reaching effects.We focus too much on standardized testing and then we forget what the real aim of education is.Today’s teaching techniques are taking the beauty out of learning. In this paragraph, I will discuss the major problems that teachers do to us, scholars.
