Elmanın kabuklarını soyun ve kabuklarıyla, İçine biraz tarçın, zencefil ve karanfil atılır. 10 dak demlendirdikten sonra için
Gribe karşı bitkisel çözüm
Bir su ya da kupa bardağının içerisine sıcak suyumuzu doldurduktan sonra 4-5 tane karanfil, küçük bir parça zencefil ve küçük bir parça tarçın atıyoruz.
5 dakika beklettikten sonra 4-5 damla limon sıkıp, bir tatlı kaşığı bal ilave ediyoruz.
5 dakika daha beklettikten sonra karışımımız hazır hale geliyor.
Bolca kızılcık marmelatı ya da saf kızılcık suyu içiniz
Bu karışımı günde iki defa yapmamız durumunda hem 2-3 gün içerisinde gripten kurtuluruz hem de gribe yakalanma riskimiz azalır.
Yüksek ateşle boğuşuyor ve ateşinizi düşüremiyorsanız yine imdadınıza soğan yetişiyor.
Ayak tabanlarınıza soğan dilimini koyun ve çorabınızı giyin. Kısa bir süre sonra ateşiniz düşecektir.
