- Managed $2M annual paid social advertising;

[Oversee strategy and execution of our customer acquisition and retention plans, including budget and spend management on key growth initiatives]


- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive results through new and existing growth channels
- Extract key learnings and provide insight into what is and is not working. You’ll be the go to for performance based on # of users, CAC, LTV, AOV, and retention rate
- Partner with internal teams (creative, brand ops, & email marketing) to make sure we’re driving the right growth for our brands & users
- Work with other growth team members to handle the day to day execution of mobile app & web campaigns to acquire new customers including uploading new campaigns, onboarding new platforms, and adjusting bids, spend, and creative. You’ll be the mentor who shows more junior team members how things are done

Note: when we say Manager here, we don’t just mean manage people (although you’ll likely get the chance to do this). Manager means someone who has deep subject matter experience and can manage both strategic and daily projects from start to finish.

- 3-5 years in digital marketing with a strong background in user acquisition & retention, preferably within the mobile app and web space
- Experience managing a team as well as agencies for SEM/Social
- Understanding and experience managing a budget around growth and spend
- Strong analytical chops: you should be able to understand basic marketing KPIs (click through rates, conversion rates, CPA, etc.) and understand how they tie into the business at large including understanding CLTV and unit economics
- Exceptional communication skills: You’ll be working across teams and stakeholders to influence decisions and it crucial that you’re able to present well
- Strong organizational skills: managing different platforms at a time, you must be able to stay on top of it all
- Passion for digital marketing and ecommerce
- Solid Excel skills, bonus points if you also have experience with SQL or another data tool
