- I am already worked in Korea for over 4.5 years , i have gained very good insights about the customers in korea and asisan region. At this point of time i want to leverage that experience and bring it back to Germany
- Me and wife plan to stay in Germany for probably the rest of our lives, we have been married for over 3 years now and we plan to raise a family ..and we plan to do that in Europe - Also that my wife can speak German we she is also quite familiar with German working style and culture..

-- Then with Cameron which dealt Subsea equipment manufacturing company in Hannover ( talk about the role there..)

- I have over 10 years of work experience with almost 80% of experience in the Manufacturing Industry and Industrial automation, currently working as Sr.MES project Manager handling 10 team members etc..
- MESA certified for MES/MOM methodologies
- My roles is - Business process optimization and standardization ,- Standardization of process across different production plants
- Planning and scheduling the project , gathering the change request from customers to final execution of those requrements.

- Creating one harmonized multi-site, multi-country MES template that spells out a consistent approach to MES that can be used
across plants by using Business Process Management and Business Rules Engine.
- Process consulting while integrating MES into the production environment.
- Supporting infrastructure related issues within the production environment also supporting local and remote teams . (eg: Server Issues, Database issues , network issues, Firewall issues , etc.. ) , most of my experience has been on Linux and Windows Servers and dealing with different databases like oracle, ms sql, mysql, postgresql etc..
- Analysis of existing process and improving the stability and efficiency of those processes.. increasing OEE...etc..
- Creating a generic MES template to Integrate the MES across different sites by defining certain best practices for the process and taking them from one project to another. Mainly focusing on re-usability of modules (Trying to move MES to cloud based MES, using concepts of big-data for MES, real time analytic etc.. )
-Analysis of requests and demands according P&I process . Business requirements specification and translation business requirements into application specifications
- Vertical integration of MES with ERP, SCM, CRM and PLM
- Single point of contact or Escalation Manager for Shop floor personnel and Line Managers - All escalated issues are funneled through me.
- I have worked with several MES vendors like - Rockwell, Siemens , GE,CamLine... etc..Created Generic/modular MES covering Quality Management, Labor management , Process Management , Product Tracking and Tracing , Data acquisition , Resource Management (recipes) ,Quality Management Performance analysis, Work In progress (WIP) , Material management Handing Production management , Production planning
- User principles of SOA, standardized B2MML, Business process mgmt and ESB for integration , Master Data managent (MDM)
- The idea was to increase productivity, lower the production cost , decrease the inventory , increase OEE ,
- Training the IT team , releasing documents to Development teams, training manuals, coaching the Maintenance managers in the production line.
- Collaborating with different Subject Matter Experts of different departments like Production team , planning teams, supply chain team, logistics and packaging team, Sales team getting their requirements and prioritizing them.
- Provide EMI and BI solutions for Production manager and Stakeholders respectively
- Work a lot with databases like MySQL, Ms-SQL, oracle , postgresql in different production environment.
- testing and final rollout of the MES on the shop-floor, providing innovative solutions for improving performance and stability of existing systems. (eg: Virtualization of testing , virtualization of Shop-floor.. )

lowers cost of maintaining the IT systems, Improving quality control , Improving better visibility to shop floor activities(Real-time) , faster product development and delivery to market , improving OEE , Better collaboration , standarization of reporting, reduces Total cost of owernship (TCO) by connecting users, content and enterprise applications
