Cloud computing has become a common thing now a days as it contribute in many things like resources sharing. What mobile cloud computing do is enhance mobile application performances by giving access to cloud resources. The problem here is deciding which part should work in cloud and which should work in mobile.it is called application partitioning. It is easy solve when both network and mobile is static. But situation is different for dynamic situations.
One solution for this is application repartitioning. Here initial partition is created as application runs and it is continuously updated. For this solution researchers predicted real time bandwidth of users accurately and they predicted where users would go in future. By using this predictions authors developed an algorithm to update the partition. In each repartitioning algorithm compares several paths cost of switching with requirements and chooses the lowest cost path.
By using this method application completion time can be reduced by 35 per cent compared to other procedures. This is a good solution for dynamic networks and devices as it helps to reduce the performance degradation. Although this is based for dynamical states this also can be used in static network and mobile situations.
