Weight transference; Whilst making practice swing, allow your weight to move from the inside of your right foot to the left foot in the downswing. Helping you to transfer your weight in the same direction as the golf club would travel. This should be a lateral then rotational movement.

Downswing; controlled via a natural throwing motion, using the hips to unwind the shoulders then arms and hands.

Posture; your posture should remain broadly fixed, from setup through to impact and beyond.

If you can maintain your posture in the downswing, everything becomes easier.
You can swing more efficiently, more freely, with less moving parts, and with more power, consistency and accuracy.
When you look at your target, look at a tilt and try to replicate during your swing.

Drill; place a golf club up against your shoulders with the club head to your right and the grip end to your left, put yourself into a golfing posture position then make a backswing, on the downswing make sure the grip end of the club points directly towards the golf ball on the ground.
If you early extend the the grip end will point above the golf ball.
Get a feel of how your lower body works then go ahead and hit some balls trying to replicate this feel.
