Being able to create makeshift melle and very good Asian weapons.
Backstory on what you want the auth for(5 sentence minimum):
I want this to, yet again, sell weapons. I will be able to use them myself though. I can create knives and many melle that would otherwise be impossible by citizens. I can and probably will sell lots of katanas. This introduces the idea of makeshift weapons for refugees.
Do you understand that abuse of this auth(if it begins to cause problems) it will be revoked?: Yes.
