Tes MBTI atau Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Adalah sebuah tes psikologi yang menilai kepribadian seseorang. Tes ini dibuat ketika Amerika Serikat ikut dalam Perang Dunia ke-2, yaitu ketika wanita mulai banyak memasuki dunia kerja. Awalnya, motivasi dari tes MBTI ini adalah untuk mengalokasikan SDM wanita untuk bekerja pada bidang yang sesuai. Tetapi sekarang pemnfaatan tes psikologi ini sudah begitu luas.
Dalam tes ini, peserta akan diberika sebuah kuesioner yang berisi banyak pertanyaan. Lalu, berdasarkan jawaban-jawaban dari pertanyaan itu, peserta akan dinilai tentang bagaiamana kepribadiannya.
Seseorang yang menjalankan tes kepribadian MBTI akan mendapatkan 4 huruf, yang setiap hurufnya akan medeskripsikan sifat mereka.
