Sejarah lanjutan
ada tiga bentuk utama dalam numerologi yaitu:
- Numerologi Ibrani
- Numerologi Persia
- Numerologi Barat
Numerologi Ibrani atau biasa dikenal dengan Kaballah berasal dari bangsa Yahudi merupakan nomor yang secara tradisional ditulis dengan menggunakan huruf abjad Ibrani. Ciri khas Kabbalah adalah nomornya tersusun atas alphabet berdasarkan bunyi suara pengucapan (bunyi fonetik). Mereka menggunakan 22 alphabet. Di Israel hari ini, Numerologi Ibrani masih digunakan untuk menulis tanggal Ibrani, mengutip sumber-sumber tradisional seperti Alkitab.
Numerologi Persia atau biasa dikenal dengan Chaldean/Kasdim. Pendekatan menggunakan sistem ini sangat kuno namun akurat. Sistemnya terbentuk dari susunan alfabet dalam bentuk numerik berdasarkan posisi alphabet. Numerologi Persia ini hanya menggunakan angka 1 - 8, Jadi, Numerologi Persia ini hanya menggunakan angka 1 - 8 karena mereka percaya bahwa angka 9 mengandung arti suci dan tidak dapat dihubungkan dengan manusia.
Numerologi Barat atau biasa disebut Numerologi Phytagoras/Modern. Sistem ini digunakan dalam
