Pemuda ini disebut-sebut menderita penyakit kanker yang mematikan.
Ia memilih menikah dengan boneka seks karena tidak ingin membuat seorang wanita patah hati jika akhirnya ia meninggal karena penyakitnya tersebut.

Sang pemuda terlihat memegang lembut pengantinnya dan menikmati tarian di sebuah aula sembari mengambil beberapa foto bersama di depan cermin.
Fotografer yang mengambil serangkaian gambar tersebut membela pernikahan yang tidak biasa pria itu.
Dia mengatakan bahwa, "Ia masih pantas untuk dihormati, ini masalah kebebasan pribadi," ucapnya seperti dilansir laman Mirror.co.uk, Minggu (8/11/2015).
Nama pria 28 tahun tersebut masih belum diketahui hingga kini, namun netizen China telah memberikan serangkaian komentar.
