Wake up 5 to 5:30 AM

Mom won't be waking you or Amy up like normal until much later. This is because she will be driving you to school this morning. She has to haul at 8.
Clean room
- put clothes away, take dirty clothes to dirty laundry
- clean out organization box
- put away all jewelry and beauty products
- clean off closet shelves
- rearrange bed and items on bedwall
- pick up anything off of floor
- take out any and all trash
- fold sheets and blankets neatly, set on shelves
- rearrange pant drawer, put some clothes in organization box along with other misc. items
Workout Get everything ready for school
- pullup bar - get backpack
- pushups - put in folder, pencil pouch, headphones, TOG,
- situps Chromebook, schedule book, and water bottle
- jumping jacks - find cup for coffee to have during morning/day
- crunches - get dressed: jeans, socks, converse, hoodie
- leg lifts - comb out hair, style however is neatly
- arm circles - put on any jewelry: necklace, ring, earrings
- army marches
- squats **Remember to brush teeth this morning!!
- etc. ** Remember watch, wristband and hairties!!
Remember this weeks policy: Don't break it!! Please be strong for the week. Please listen to yourself.
Have a great day and following week! Try finding more time to write. Don;t get angry at yourself or others. Don't cry or sulk. Workout! Sleep more! Study more! Be outside mroe, talk to your friends more! Clean a lot! Drink a lot! Finish all your homework, brush your teeth and shower, comb your hair and care about your appearance and your cleanliness and any other aspects of your life! Time to improve yourself, starting NOW!!!
