A few rules will be put in place for chats these are as follows..
1. Never ever force a potential adopter to reply if you bug th thats potentially one dog not getting a home
2.give potential adopters 24 hours to reply
Do not bombard them with messages
If you send them one message and they dont reply, dont send another a few hrs later
Wait 24hours and send something like...
Hi sherry, we havent heard back from you, we hope you are ok? please dont hesitate to contact us if you need anymore help
This sounds much better than some if the messages i have seen personally if i was a potential adopter and got pestered id walk away
3. If i see anymore chats without jodie in i will blow my top
She is to be in ALL chats
Always add either me or sherry, if you get part way through a chat and you are worried or you want advise add the other manager
4. Always name your chats eg
An app is in change the chat name to eg kryssi - app - buster
If passed hc this then gets changed to
Kryssi - adopt - buster
We have been struggling to find chats because of this
As soon as a hc has passed- make sure ALL managers are in the chat
This gives adopters a few days extra
And theres no exception to this unless a hc is done on the 10th day before then the payment has to be made within 24hrs of the hc complete
Again no exceptions
