Theme
This book has set itself up for a large and disapproved setting. The setting has created a theme for this novel, I believe the theme is that there is a large and in danger world because of what we have done to it, people have to deal with pain from loss, and the day to day living. The world is full of destruction and death. Many people in this book have had their lives ruined by what other people have done. All of the citizens in this world have had some type of warfare in their life, they have been behind the plague and behind the lives they have lost. The theme could be that the people of the world are being held hostage because of our past decisions. The world has made the lives of people cruel and destroyed, while suffering in a world they cant leave even if they pass away.


Kwang Jingshu
This man is a doctor with a past of destruction and loss. Kwang has been through a lot, he has seen a lot of death in his life. He was in the military at one point and has dealt with loss all of his life, its no change now that this war has started. Kwang will not change but he will continue to help people as much as possible.



Nury Televaldi
This was a man with his past life of being a entrepreneur. But this is not the type that you would expect. he smuggled all sort of things from one place to another, not caring what laws he would break. After the outbreak happened he continued to do so for a while after, and finally stopped after he saw the danger.

Herr Miller
He has passed away in the outbreak. This man was promised a safe heart transplant and because the outbreak was not known yet he was no going to stay alive for long, he had turned and attacked the innocent.
