1) Which cases were you most surprised to learn about?
+I was most surprised to learn about the INGRAHAM V. WRIGHT, VERNONIA SCHOOL DISTRICT V. ACTON, CRUTTER V. BOLLINGER, and the DESHANEY V. WINEBAGO COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES cases.
2) Which cases did you most agree with as far as the ruling? Use direct examples to support your answer.
+I most agreed with the West Side Community Schools v. Mergens because it was only fair that the outcome of the case was justified due the rest of the school's choices of clubs, and brought justice to the outright lie the principal told the student.
3) Which cases did you most disagree with as far as the ruling? Why? Use direct examples.
+I disagreed most with the ruling of the DeShaney c. Winnebago County Social Services because the sueing of Joshua's mother was within reason, and the ruling of the court (that the Constitution did not protect children from their parents) was not justifiable. Also, their ruling was not a complete answer to Joshua's mother's case, because she was not sueing the government for not protecting her child from his father; she was sueing social services for not having the sense it took to realize that it might not be smart to take Joshua back to his father.
