Additional Notes/Questions from Stefanie:
-Schedule a call with Rosemarie and Stefanie for PR follow-up questions.
-They want to get away from self-reporting which is what they do not want by selecting a job code...would like to see it more based on a pay period. Would like to make that automated. X number of visits per week or per pay period and anything above that would be supplemental + based on number of hours worked.
-They would like to use the swipe to manage Sick and PTO for exempt employees, mostly concerned with losing out on sick time. How are field staff that are exempt track their time?
- a chunk of ee's that work in a diff dept, they are managing manually ( Per Diem ee's not consistent in scheduling)Could be identified by job code? Stefanie to send me an example of en employee.
-May need to add more job codes following their Brighttree implementation
-ACA should be done and signed off on Wednesday
-Rita needs to upload PR
-Stefanie needs an import file for employees time worked
-Spoke to PM at ebenefits, every build must be added a vendor (signed a contract for 3 connections may be adding a 4th (AFLAC) may be making a decison by next week) Qiana to reach out to Rita to confirm. PTO accruals is dependent on how many hours they work in a week. Profiles are setup based on hire date (employee start) the policy was changed
-can the accrual rate be based on the employee status change?
