Charge dihitung per tujuan (username)
Jadi kalo misal ada yg 1 tweet 2 uname bill tetep diitung 2x.

1. Pelanggan adalah raja. Pelanggan yang ngeselin, tendang aja.
2. Toko di hogsmeade ada 4, honeydukes, three broomsticks, madam puddifoot's tea shop, dan hogs head.

( Kecuali muggle seperti: alumnus, anak out, atau staff resign, catatannya, tdk bisa dipesan oleh alumnus, hantu (anak out), atau staff resignnya sendiri melainkan dipesan dr org yg masih ada di wyne)
