In content, Expert Onboarding - names of files are not easily understandable for someone seeing for the first time. For e.g. Expert Process is confusing - can we change the name to something like “Internal processes to follow for on-field Expert"

Expert guidelines - you have voiced the expert in 3rd person. However, you should direct each statement towards the expert. Current - they should do xyz. Change to - you should do xy.

Getting to session - needs to be defined in much more detail - to remove all ambiguity

think of all the scenarios/variables when it comes to reaching a session - list them out and define what an expert should do in each scenario. The better this is done the more ambiguity is removed and the more scalable this becomes
