Description
All Policies are enforced by Staff. Failure to comply with any of these rules can result in a server/network ban. All punishments are determined on a case by case basis and the punishment may vary based on severity of the offense.

First and foremost, USE COMMON SENSE.

If you are doing something that would be considered against the company and/or disrupting game play, action will be taken against you!

If a staff member says it's bad, it's probably bad. Listen to staff at all times.
CodeBlueHosting reserves the right to remove you from our network for ANY reason.

Teamspeak Policies
1. Staff is exempt from most policies use common sense when this should happen.
2. Any form of abuse or harassment is prohibited in ALL channels or private messages (including but not limited to Racial/Religion/Drug/Sexual etc.) if a person is (use common sense if they are abusing or harassing you) right click on their name and put in a complaint.
3. Personal or sensitive is not to be provided to anyone. Staff can ask if an investigation is taking place but you have a right to decline the request (any personal or sensitive information provided to staff will never be given out to third parties.
4. These policies have been written for the greater good of the company, the staff know them do not copy & paste the policies to staff. You may copy a policy to non-staff if they are not following them.
5. Any kind of use of profanity in any channel or private message is prohibited. If you need to rage go to an empty channel.
6. Inappropriate user names are not allowed.
7. Music is cool but please say or type to everyone that is in your channel that you are going to play music. There is Radio Channels to use if you want to use one, ask staff to move you there and give you the “dj” tags.
8. Record conversations for ANY purpose is prohibited . Staff is exempt and have a right to record this as it is done for security purposes it is and never will be released to Third parties. Doing so violates privacy laws in many countries.
9. Exchanging and or distribution of pirated software is illegal do not do these things on any CodeBlueHosting server.
10. Staff are prohibited to join a teamspeak server not hosted by CodeBlueHosting permission may be asked for from any CEO but CEO’s have to right to reject the request.
11.Don't be annoying to others including but not limited to mic spamming, spamming chat and joining a channel after you have been moved out, told to leave or kicked
12. VPN’s are prohibited to anyone that connects to a CodeBlueHosting.

If you're asked by staff to give serveradmin you must follow these instructions.
