Peristiwa yang terjadi di Hogwarts pada tahun 1995.
Pada tahun 1995, terbentuklah Dumbledore's Army (atau dikenal sebagai DA).
Dumbledore's Army adalah sebuah organisasi rahasia yang diprakarsai oleh Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, dan Ron Weasley untuk mengajar sesama siswa Hogwarts terhadap Pertahanan Ilmu Hitam pada tahun 1995 untuk melawan Voldemort. Organisasi ini didirikan oleh Hermione, tetapi diajarkan dan dipimpin oleh Harry karena Ia lebih berpengalaman dalam menghadapi Voldemort.
Organisasi ini mendapat penolakan dari Dolores Umbridge, untuk mengajar apa pun di kelasnya selain dari teori buku teks. Organisasi ini pada awalnya didirikan dengan 28 anggota. Lalu kelompok ini bubar pada tahun 1996-1997 menyusul penunjukkan Severus Snapeas sebagai guru Pertahanan Terhadap Ilmu Hitam, meskipun beberapa anggota mengindahkan organisasi ini dan berpartisipasi dalam Pertempuran Menara Astronomi di akhir tahun 1997-1998.
