2. Employee should register/update at the Registration Desk, as soon as they reach the venue.
3. For Doubles and Mixed doubles matches, those who have not registered their partner’s name, please provide the name at the time of registration
4. Participant must Bring his/her your own racquet.
5. Shuttle cork shall be provided (Mavis 350)
6. Non-marking shoes are not mandatory. Sports shoes will also be fine.
7. Snack pack shall be served by Vendor on display of ID card.
8. Tea, Coffee, Cookies shall be served
9. Referee’s decision shall be final.
10. Please do not cross/assemble over the court, where matches are ongoing.
11. Please reach the venue on time, to avoid walk-overs and delays.
12. No new registration shall be entertained on spot
13. Matches will be of 21point each for Single Set (Semi-Final and Finals will be Best of 3 Set – 21points )
14. Matches may extend to Sunday if we are not able to complete the Semi-finals matches. Timing will be communicated at the venue.
15. Finals will be played on Tuesday 2Pm-5pm at the same venue.
16. Fixtures will be shared at the Venue
