Error messages for uploading images
1) Scenario 1: Upload image file for 320x50 dimension (max 15kb size)
User uploads another dimension file.
Error message: Please upload the correct file for above dimension.
2) Scenario 2: Upload image file for 320x50 dimension (max 15kb size)
User uploads correct dimension file, but it exceeds 15kb.
Error message: Please upload the correct file which doesn't exceed the file size limit.
3) Scenario 3: Upload a zip folder for the mentioned creative sizes.
User uploads a zip folder which has multiple files for each size.
Error message: Multiple files found for 320x50, 300x250 & 480x320. Please check the zip folder and upload once again.
4) Scenario 4: Upload a zip folder for the mentioned creative sizes.
User uploads a zip folder which is more than 1MB.
Error message: Please upload a correct zip folder which doesn't exceed 1MB.
Error message for uploading HTML files
1) Scenario 1: Upload HTML file for Interstitial Potrait which has 320x480 & 480x800 file size
User uploads a file, but unchecks both dimensions.
Error Message: Please select at least one dimension for the uploaded file or reset it.

4] Yes if you delete creative, macro should also get deleted
5] If the Creative Level Macro checkbox is unchecked, Yes..do send null in api or all the Macros, so that all the creative level Macros are deleted.
6] For External Images image_location is parameter to know if it is external or not... image_location = external
7] You need to send macros for all dimensions though you are updating any other dimension
