Бэлдэж бүрсэн тахианы махаа халуун тосонд болтол нь шарна.
Соус бэлдэхдээ гучужан 2 хоолны халбага, кетчуп 2 хоолны халбага, сахар 1 хоолны халбага, сахарын сироп эсвэл зөгийн бал 3хоолны халбага болон сой соус 1 хоолны халбага хооронд нь холин дээрээс нь 2хумс сармис, шарж болгосон тахианы махаа нэмэн хамтад нь хуурна. Хуурч амталсан болсон тахиа дээрээ бага зэргийн самар цацаж өгнө.
