Хуурч болгосон холод дээрээ бэлдсэн ясны шөл 500гр болон ус 300 гр нэмэн зөөлөн гал дээр 1 цаг буцалгана. Буцалгаж буй шөлөн дээрээ төмс 400гр , лууван 200гр болон амталгаагаараа давс нэмэн зөөлөн гал дээр 40 минут буцалгана.
