People who have disabilities have a great disadvantage in life. Not only are they disabled but they also are likely to be excluded from higher educations and often become unsuccessful. This an important topic for the world and the UN to discuss because there are a lot of disadvantaged people around the world and without them getting good education they are not being given their right to live the same way as a person without a disability. China as a whole really cares about this because they have approximately 85 million citizens with disabilities who struggle with education so, China is trying to put the disabled into mainstream education.



Access to education for disabled people is a worldwide problem. Especially for places with very high populations such as China. It's a problem in China because even though the Chinese government tries to better the situation people still complain the government has no clear plan to advance the disabled. China has even ratified United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities. Government officials have not said many things about this idea but have made adjustments to better the education but have fall short on this making serious betterment.

The delegation of China urges all member states to amend their laws on education for all persons . All member states should put the disabled on the track to education that all , persons without disabilities, go on. Furthermore this delegation
