when realizing you'd be better off with your own kind, the alien locks you in an escape pod(after having seen what they do), and before it launches, if there's a timer before the station blows up or something, or not, who knows, it lifts its hand to the little window in the escape pod and signs the sign for "i love you" like you taught it on the ship. OMG noooooo but you find one another later.
it became an outcast over time, slowly realized it's its own xenomorph and became more lone wolf/individualized ; stood up for itself, and realized its just as superior as the queen it once served. but after this it decides to give its life for you in the way i just mentioned.
and the pack realizes that one of its own has become somewhat of a pariah eventually and they go after him, and he has to kill his own queen. or the queen since he serves himself, and he becomes alpha or king of the hive. or is given the opportunity but rejects it when he realizes that he could only be with you if he left the pack.
there could be a whole "treason" scene where the queen has him in her "court" and she voices that she knows about the human, and his questioned loyalty to the hive and queen. HELL yaH he picks YAHH
