PENDAHULUAN
1.1. Latar Belakang
Dalam karya tulis ternyata pendahuluan itu sangat penting, karena pendahuluan merupakan bab pertama dari karya tulis yang mengantarkan pembaca untuk dapat menjawab pertanyaan apa yang diteliti, untuk apa dan mengapa penelitian itu dilakukan.

b. Apa sajakah logika cerita yang menyimpang di cerita "Cindua Mato"?
c. Siapakah tokoh yang menonjol di cerita tersebut?
d. Terdiri dari apa saja penggunaan kata baku pada cerita rakyat tersebut?
e. Seperti apakah sudut pandang pengarang dalam cerita tersebut?
1.3. Tujuan
Tujuan dari pembahasan tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui secara detail unsur interinstik dan keunikan dari cerita rakyat Cindua Mato
