The main reasons I want to move away from FixRunner is that you do not have obligations to me and I did not Invest anything other than labour.
But instead of separating our ways I have a proposition where we can be obligated to each other and I can put small investment into FixRunner and build both our future at the same time.
First of all even if you take an office in India you are not going to live over there. But you will setup some CCTV and have that Indian guy from up work manage them while he gets small commission.
So if I open an Office here in Bangladesh with my money (I can take some bank loan after December) and setup some CCTV and bring Hasan and other guys like him (im sure we can find) and you only pay for their salary and office rent+utility. They will live and work on the same place.(we can do it in a big apartment). They would not disappear anytime and they will not have excuse of traffic jam.
You will be their boss And I will manage them here which will obligate you a bit with me and obligate me with you.
For doing this you give me 10 percent share of profit before any tax.
In case something happens to me you can put one of the other employees in charge or even let them work from home. Because you will be their boss.
You are not investing any money here so you have nothing to loose.
