王雪紅昨天是在ABAC企業領袖高峰會行前記者會後，被記者問到對於Android陣營三星在專利訴訟失敗的看法時，首度對媒體作出上述的回應。
對於下半年台灣經濟景氣走向，她說，對景氣一向樂觀，但國家要努力加油，大家也都要好好努力；相信下周在海參崴舉行的ABAC第4次大會，能夠向APEC各經濟體展示，如何透過台灣各產業的快速發展與持續創新，來建立領導地位與最佳機會。
王雪紅出席ABAC企業領袖高峰會多年，今年擔任ABAC婦女論壇主席與永續發展工作小組（SDWG）共同主席，同時也推動與執行「技術移轉與尖端科技投資計畫」及「創新成長－企業家精神與構想商品化計畫」的研究。
她表示，今年APEC主辦國俄羅斯提出「跨平台IP分享機制」，建立跨境智慧財產保護分享機制，希望開發中國家、研究機構和大學，與企業界所發展出來的智財專利（IP）願意分享出來，能夠透過區域合作形成跨平台，也有透明機制，使得開發中國家或需要IP的企業可以使用，或是有合理價格來使用IP，以促進推廣和創新成長，ABAC會針對這項議題做深入的建議給各國領袖。
