Wheel - 10 SP (requires Husbandry), +5 SP income, +1 EP income from farms
Bronze Working - 10 SP (requires Warfare and Mining), allows you to recruit better troops, +1 EP income from mines.

Capital - Starting building - 10 SP income and 20 EP income and 1000 Inhabitants limit, 100 Inhabitants/Turn - If captured, can be rebuilt.
Farm - 6 EP (requires Agriculture), +2 EP income, +50 Inhabitants limit, 10 Inhabitants/turn
Barracks - 10 EP (requires Warfare), allows recuitment of soldiers, you can recruit 5 soldiers with 1 barracks every turn. Cost increases by 5 EP for every barracks you already own.
Mine - 10 EP (requires Mining, requires Border next to mountains), +5 EP income, -20 Inhabitants
City Walls - 20 EP (requires Masonry), gives you 10 Defense bonus while defending capital.
Army (stacks of 10 = -10 Inhabitants, requires Warfare)
Early Axeman - 1 EP, 1 Attack, 1 Defense
Archer (requires Archery) - 2 EP, 2 Attack 2 Defense
Early Spearman (requires Bronze Working) - 2 EP, 1 Attack, 3 Defense

If you make a progress in enemy territory, you are awarded with (50% EP, 50% SP... EP from 1-15, SP from 1-5).
