- Pemimpin menurut saya itu seseorang yang bisa mengatur dirinya sendiri sebelum bisa mengatur anggotanya. Karena kita adalah pemimpin bagi diri sendiri. Pemimpin juga seseorang yang bisa mengayomi anggotanya bukan hanya menyuruh anggotanya dan dilepas begitu saja tetapi ikut mengarahkan para anggotanya sehingga bisa mencapai tujuan tertentu.

- Kebersamaan menurut saya itu adalah hal paling indah, dengan kebersamaan semuanya terasa lebih baik. Manusia itu sendiri adalah makhluk sosial, jadi kebersamaan sangatlah penting, karena kita tidak mungkin hidup individualitis. Saling menolong saling merasakan susah senang bersama itulah kebersamaan.
