All domestic (United States) orders are frozen, then shipped with a non-toxic cold pack in an insulated mailer or box. Please make sure that your order of Jungleman All-Natural Deodorant is delivered to a location where it will be received promptly. Avoid having your order left outdoors or in a mail box subject to extreme heat and/or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time, as such conditions may cause your deodorant (or any deodorant for that matter) to melt. Jungleman Naturals is NOT RESPONSIBLE for deodorants that melt due to the aforementioned conditions. If your deodorant container or the package that it came in arrives hot, DO NOT OPEN AND/OR TIP THE DEODORANT CONTAINER, as this may cause the product to spill out. Simply set the deodorant stick aside, upright, in a room temperature (between 55 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit) location, indoors, away from sunlight. Once the deodorant has fallen back into place below the cap, it will be ready for the next steps below. If your deodorant arrives semi-solid, (only partly melted or butter-like), simply place it in the freezer. After about 30 minutes in the freezer, and a little bit of thaw time (it won't twist or rub on well until thawed properly) at room temperature (between 55 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit), it will function exactly as it would have prior to heat exposure. If your deodorant is completely melted (runny liquid throughout), you can also simply place it in the freezer, however, you should stir it with some kind of stirring implement so that the ingredients inside don't separate prior to freezing. Again, after thawing at room temperature, it also will function exactly as it would have prior to heat exposure. Store and apply at room temperature (between 55 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit). Avoid storing in frigid temperatures as this may cause deodorant to harden, making application uncomfortable.
