2. What is the zoning for the property? Can houses be built?

12. What was this land previously used for? Anything that may be concerning that would affect the property?
13. what do the surrounding properties look like? Are there any landfills, contaminated land, bad neighbors, etc, anything of concern to someone who would be living on the property?
