Powers: Shapeshifter, changes shape to a large panther (with white fur like her hair) with large angel wings. Her wings can appear in her human form if she wishes, combined with inhuman strength and durability
Personality: generally quiet, rude, sarcastic, most people are scared of her because of her dad, she can be very kind and caring but hides it very well
Story: Her dad's a supervillian 'Lord Bloodbourne', one of the worst who hasn't been caught yet. Her mom's a regular human. She became friends with Layla on the bus on their first day at Sky High, Layla being one of the only ones who wasn't scared of her because of her fathers reputation. Dessa didn't have her powers on the first day and was put in 'Hero Support' but like Will, gained them during the altercation with Warren, tackling him in her panther form when he was going after Will. Not knowing how to use her powers she changed back and got badly burned when Warren touched her. She was also transferred to Hero class along with Will but didn't hang out with Gwen like Will did and stayed sitting with Layla and the others, using her fathers reputation to make people back off if they made fun of her or the other Sidekicks. She started getting angrier the more she saw Will neglecting their friends. When she heard Layla was going to homecoming with Warren, Dessa got pretty scared since he burned her and she's been kinda scared of him ever since, but refuses she got a little jealous that he was going to the dance with Layla.
